Without realizing it,they are conquered, and the instruments\u003cbr\u003eof their own society are used to transfer their wealth to their captors\u003cbr\u003eand make the conquest complete.\u003cbr\u003eIn 1900the average American worker paid few taxes and had\u003cbr\u003elittle debt.
