576 - Thou Shalt Not or Thou Shalt Kill?

A woman shoots and kills the man who sexually abused and sodomized her little boy. Then the Judeo-Christian community condemned her saying “thou shalt not kill.” Who was right and does the Bible really teach “thou shalt not kill?”
